OUTLINK is end-to-end encrypted messaging, voice, location and file sharing on regular smartphones — the Android and iPhone devices your team already carries. When cellular and internet are down, overloaded or switched off, it keeps going over site Wi-Fi, phone-to-phone links and pocket LoRa radios, passing messages from phone to phone until they arrive.
No message servers to run, no relay hardware to buy, no carrier to depend on. OUTLINK is in pilot with early teams: Android today, iPhone through TestFlight.
// what it does
// every link
Whatever link exists
OUTLINK uses whatever is available, automatically: direct peer-to-peer over the internet, any Wi-Fi or phone hotspot with no internet at all, phone-to-phone with no router at all (Wi-Fi Direct, Multipeer, and Bluetooth between iPhone and Android), and optional pocket LoRa radios for several kilometres. A phone on the Wi-Fi bridges teammates who are out of the router's range; an old phone on a charger becomes a base station that relays for everyone around it.
// mesh
The team is the network
Every phone relays for the others, so a message reaches someone no single link can reach. Messages wait and retry while a teammate is out of reach and arrive when a path appears. No message servers to run and no relay hardware to buy — one phone with internet can share it with the rest.
// end-to-end encrypted
Encrypted, always
Every message, voice note, location and file is encrypted on the phone before it leaves — relays, exits and radios only ever carry ciphertext. Modern, standard cryptography with double-ratchet sessions, post-quantum key agreement (ML-KEM-768) against "harvest now, decrypt later", and an optional FIPS 140-3 mode that runs on the phone's own validated crypto module. Signed device identities are checked in person with a QR code. It cannot be switched off.
// voice
Voice that gets through
Record, preview before sending, and on-device noise cancellation tuned to your own voice. A short text version travels first, so the words arrive even on a weak radio link; the audio follows, and the recipient pulls full quality when the link allows. Push-to-talk, including on the volume buttons, and speech-to-text that runs on the phone, never in a cloud.
// location
Last-known positions
A tactical map with each teammate's last-known position and how old it is — not just who is online now. SOS with location, a check-in timer, man-down detection (a fall, or no movement) for lone workers, shared site maps with geofences, and Ghost mode for whoever must not be tracked.
// operator control
Bounded or extensive
One switch sets how hard the mesh works: Bounded for normal operations, Extensive to find disconnected users at the cost of battery and airtime. Priority traffic first, emergency messages ahead of everything, and radio duty cycles that stay legal per region (EU 868 / US 915 MHz).
// organisation control
Run it as an organisation
An admin console in the browser: enrol a whole team with one QR code, push team rules (routing, battery saving, PIN checks), see every phone's status, revoke or remotely wipe a lost device, and keep a tamper-evident audit log of who sent what, when — metadata only, never content. A secret distress code unlocks the app normally and silently alerts the admin.
// interoperability
Works with what you run
Drone detections arrive over SAPIENT (BSI Flex 335). Team positions, drone tracks and SOS go to ATAK, iTAK and TAK Server over Cursor-on-Target. When nothing else reaches a teammate, a message can go as an encrypted SMS — including satellite SMS on phones that support it. Incident timelines export as signed reports for the debrief.
// why it matters
Field teams lose their network exactly when they need it most: overloaded at events, jammed or switched off in incidents, absent at remote sites. Most team apps stop the moment the server is out of reach. OUTLINK has no server in the path, so whatever links remain keep working — and an encrypted message waits on a teammate's phone until a path to its recipient appears.

// goteam counter-uas + outlink
The drone is detected. Every phone knows in seconds — with or without a network.
GOTEAM's thermal sensors see the drone on the edge; OUTLINK carries the alert to the people on the ground over whatever link survives. One chain from sensor to responder, with no cellular, internet or server anywhere in it.
// 01 · detect
The sensor sees it
GOTEAM's passive thermal sensors detect and track the drone on the edge, and report it over SAPIENT (BSI Flex 335) — position, altitude, speed, heading and classification.
// 02 · relay
The mesh carries it
The OUTLINK console turns each new drone into an emergency alert and sends it to every enrolled phone — over site Wi-Fi, phone to phone, Bluetooth or LoRa radio. Track updates follow every few seconds, light enough even for LoRa.
// 03 · respond
One person takes it
Phones vibrate and show a red alert until someone taps ✋ I've got it — so five people don't all run to the same fence. The drone appears on every map with its trail and predicted path; the supervisor can assign it, and everything lands in the incident timeline.
// why it matters
A detection is only useful if it reaches the right person in time. At the moment a drone appears, the networks people rely on are the ones most likely to be jammed, cut or overloaded. With GOTEAM and OUTLINK there is no network dependency anywhere in the chain — and the same alert can go on to ATAK and your C2 over standard protocols.
// who it is for
// 01
Critical infrastructure
Energy, water, ports and dams. Operations and security staff keep talking across the site when the carrier network is down or deliberately cut — site Wi-Fi with no internet is enough, radios reach the far perimeter.
// 02
Defense sites & bases
Production plants, depots and field camps. No dependence on carrier networks, every relay sees only ciphertext, and kiosk mode keeps an issued phone locked to OUTLINK.
// 03
Critical events & protection teams
Summits, stadiums, state ceremonies and VIP details. Stays up when the venue network is crushed by the crowd or jammed, with last-known positions and SOS in the same app.
// 04
Emergency response
Incident teams arriving where infrastructure has failed. Store-and-forward keeps messages moving as soon as any link appears.
// when the drone comes, the network goes
At critical sites and critical events, drone incidents rarely come alone: they arrive with jamming, power cuts and overloaded cellular. GOTEAM's counter-UAS system sees the drone first, on the edge, with no network required; OUTLINK makes sure the people on the ground hear about it, even when the networks they rely on are down. Two products, one principle — and one supplier for both.

Request a pilot
Tell us about the team: size, where it operates and which links you have. Pilots run on Android today, with iPhone through TestFlight.
Install on the phones the team already carries. Teammates hand the app to each other phone to phone over Wi-Fi, no app store or internet needed. Add pocket LoRa radios (Meshtastic-compatible, such as Heltec MeshPocket or SenseCAP T1000-E) where range matters.
// step 03
Simple pricing
Free for teams of up to 50 users. Larger teams: $5 per user per month. Radios are optional and bought separately. Encryption products are subject to export-control and end-user review, so expect those questions before a large deployment.
Bring OUTLINK to your team.
Start with a pilot on your own phones, in your own terrain. We set it up with you, including LoRa radios where you need the range, and you judge it on real traffic before anything is quoted.
